Stoked you asked! Avalanche is founded and run by Paul & Stefan, two guys who just couldn't find a coffee they liked. They're Kiwi and kept Avalanche that way. So you'll find our products have all been produced in New Zealand! How great!

What’s your refunds policy? Plus

We like to keep things simple here at Avalanche, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can offer you a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your order refund.If you’d like to get in touch with us about returning any Avalanche product, please use our Contact Us page. From there a member of our Customer Experience team will be in touch with you.

Great news - We offer a money-back guarantee on first-time orders of any Avalanche Products, so you can try it risk-free! If it’s just not right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery by submitting a returns request and referencing the Money Back Guarantee. Valid for orders up to $115. Why is my refund late or missing? Plus

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and be officially posted to your account. If your refund isn't showing, we recommend first checking with your credit card/bank account provider or PayPal customer service. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please Contact Us.
