We like to keep things simple here at Avalanche, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can offer you a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your order refund.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and be officially posted to your account. If your refund isn't showing, we recommend first checking with your credit card/bank account provider or PayPal customer service.If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please Contact Us.
